Shipping to Austria
For deliveries to Austria, we charge a flat shipping fee of 9.90 euros. Shipping is free for orders over 50 euros. Faster express shipping for €13.90 is also available.

Shipping is handled via Österreichische Post, DHL, GLS, UPS or FedEx (Express), and delivery usually takes 2–3 business days.

Prescription and Pharmacy Requirements in Germany

In Germany, CANNEFF medical devices require a prescription and must be purchased through a pharmacy. Please consult your doctor and purchase the product with a prescription from a pharmacy in Germany.

For deliveries to Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Poland, Hungary and Romania, we charge a flat shipping fee of 9.90 euros. Shipping is free for orders over 50 euros. Shipping is generally handled via UPS, and delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.

Faster express shipping for €13.90 is also available, and delivery usually takes 2–3 business days.

Payment Providers
We currently offer Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and payment in advance as payment methods. For orders placed using the payment-in-advance method, you must independently make a bank transfer for the amount stated in your order confirmation, using the order number as the payment reference, to the following account details:
